About me

I've spent my career leading organizations through growth, complexity, and change.

Over more than two decades, I've held senior positions at international technology companies, including SAP, Hybris, and Exasol. I've led global teams, managed large-scale operations, and helped organizations navigate transformation, rapid growth, but also challenging business environments, restructuring and tough times.

Today, I bring that experience to businesses and leaders who value an independent perspective, practical judgment, and someone who understands what it means to be accountable for results.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization has its own challenges, and good advice starts with understanding them.
